It is my personal belief that self-care is a fundamental element of whole wellness. Natural therapies such as Reiki can improve our relationship with the body and soul, bring balance to the mind, and empower us to take control of our health. It can also foster a deeper and more natural path to healing than we knew was there. My specialty is in energy work to support the body’s natural healing abilities. When we release our stress we make space for wellness.
