Payments for services:
Payments is due prior to the time of your treatment. To ensure you are not charged for a missed appointment fee, we require you to give at least 24 hours’ notice of any change or cancellation to our appointment. Otherwise you will be responsible for the full cost of the session.
Sufficient notification of a change or cancellation allows me to offer your time to another client who may be waiting for a session.
For no-shows, the full charge of the session will be invoiced.
Late cancellations due to emergencies are understandable, in those cases the cancellation charged will be waived.
