Negative Thoughts

Thoughts are very powerful in determining our reality! What we manifest in the present, and in our future world is determined by us. If you have the same old-negative thoughts about a previous situation in your life, those negatives thoughts will lead to the same old behavior and old choices in order to recreate the same negative outcomes. Thoughts generate emotions, emotions are energy, and if these emotions are negative they destructively affect our energy field that can create emotional, physical, spiritual, or mental problems in our lives. They can actually manifest illnesses in our bodies by firing the stress hormones.

So is it possible to create our future by thought alone? Yes!! If we create positive intentions and thoughts as well as elevated emotions coming from our heart center, we can create our future! The quantum field has infinite potentials to create what we want. If you imagine the feeling of whatever it is that you want to manifest in your life has already happened, your subconscious mind will believe it and it will manifest into your life.
