Even though the name may suggest, spiritual life coaching doesn’t have anything to do with religion. Unlike religion, spirituality doesn’t come with codes and doctrines. So a person doesn’t necessarily need to be a religious person to work with a spiritual coach. This type of life coaching goes beyond just looking into your habits, behaviors, and goals and helps recipients get insight into themselves by recognizing limiting unconscious beliefs.
Before going through the benefits that spiritual life coaching provides the recipients with, let’s get clear about what a spiritual life coach does.

During a spiritual life coaching session, your coach will guide you in a journey whose destination is your realization of your true self. You most probably have heard or read about the famous iceberg analogy suggesting that human consciousness is like the tip of an iceberg shown to the world as “what you do.”
Just like the big portion of the iceberg hidden under the water, the human unconscious mind is hidden from the person. However, it is responsible for “why he is doing it” and “when it comes from.” A spiritual life coach’s job is to hold your hand in your self-discovery journey and helps to go deep into the part of your iceberg that is underwater.
Now, let’s see how deep-diving into self-awareness made possible by spiritual self-coaching can bring joy and happiness to your life.
Now that we have a clear understanding of what purpose spiritual life coaching follows, it is time to highlight its particular benefits.
Regardless of our genders, we have both femininity and masculinity in all of us. Yet, surprisingly, these two components form the center of focus for a spiritual life coach. The reason is that only when a person reaches a level that honors the divine duality in himself can he connect to his true self. But, unfortunately, since we live in a patriarchal society that stresses pushing ourselves to action and closing off our softness to demonstrate masculinity, we tend to deprive ourselves of feminine aspects.
Of course, no one ever said that being action-oriented or tough is bad; the problem arises when we lose balance. Empathy, compassion, love, creativity, and wisdom are feminine aspects that are feminine aspects that may lack in many of us. A spiritual life coach will help you utilize both divine aspects within us and connect to step fully in the truth of who we are.
It happens so often that we have something in mind but are not sure whether it is our genuine desire or just a whim. A spiritual life coach helps you uncover your true desires and get crystal clear on what impact you want to make in the world.
Most likely than not, the meanest person to you is you yourself. Depression, anger, and anxiety are all the results of you judging yourself. When you keep telling yourself that you cannot do something or you should avoid attempting it, you are limiting your capabilities because soon you are going to believe those words. Moreover, such thoughts are too personal and private to be shared with others.
Your spiritual life coach is not just anybody. He is there to assist you, and you can just open how you feel deep down inside. He listens to you and helps you grow in any way he can.
These are normally emotional wounds that really hurt because they cut so deeply. For example, a trauma in the past can cause emotional wounds that only worsen over time. A spiritual life coach discovers the layers of pain, peels them back, and works them out, so they don’t continue to affect recovery.
